Terms of Service

1. Acceptance
By creating an account or using RaidTrain ("Service") you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you don't agree, don't use the Service.
2. Eligibility
You must be 16 or older and able to form a binding contract.
3. Accounts
You're responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for activity under your account. Provide accurate information and keep it current.
4. Acceptable use
- No harassment, hate speech, threats, doxxing, or unlawful content.
- No spam, scraping the Service, or attempts to bypass rate limits / security.
- No impersonation of other creators or staff.
- No content infringing third-party rights.
5. User content
You retain ownership of content you submit (chat messages, cover images, train descriptions). You grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide license to host, display, and distribute it as needed to run the Service.
6. Conductor & rider conduct
Conductors decide who rides their trains and may remove or block riders. Riders agree to follow the conductor's stated rules. Disputes between users are between those users.
7. Third-party platforms
RaidTrain is independent and not affiliated with Whatnot or any other streaming platform. Your use of those platforms is governed by their terms.
8. Service changes & availability
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue parts of the Service at any time. We aim for high availability but provide the Service "as is" without uptime guarantees.
9. Termination
You may delete your account anytime from your profile. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
10. Disclaimer & liability
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for lost profits or data.
11. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where the Service operator is established, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
12. Changes
We may update these Terms. Material changes will be announced in-app or by email; continued use after the effective date means you accept the changes.
